“clear feedback tracking”
Pros
Keeping track of progress on the manage feedback page is really clear and well presented. It's easy to add, remove or update reviewers and sending chasers is simple too. Setting up new questionnaires is well formatted and user friendly. On top of that the support team always replies quickly and is genuinely helpful whenever I have questions.
Cons
An area that could be improved is the layout and navigation within the admin sections because they don't feel very accessible. Some items are not located where you would naturally expect them to be. For example you have to use the Lookups section which is not a very clear title, to update certain text like the personal report introduction but then need to go into Custom Text to update a different report introduction which feels confusing. Images are updated under Organisation which is also where administrator management happens so the structure can feel a bit inconsistent.

Getting started with this software is easy and the system is very flexible. It comes with plenty of features for both user reporting and organizational reporting and the product keeps being updated regularly with new functions.
Cons

Pros
As a new user the platform already feels accessible and the support from their team has been really helpful! It offers a lot more functions than other platforms I've used before but I'm sure it will become more familiar with time.
Cons
One small annoyance is that it lacks the feature to hide the custom text fields we don't use but it's only a minor issue.
