powerful training platform

Pros

This is a really effective and capable platform that covers all of our learning and training needs. Its also very user friendly!

Cons

Honestly there's not much to complain about. Anytime questions come up or we need help with a project the support team responds very quickly.

Pros

Because of their team we got our internal career development platform set up and running quickly. They helped us launch a personalized, guided career path system so employees could build skills based on their roles. On top of that we were able to create and launch an internal training portal for staff with career paths customizeed by job function. They also helped us automate internal training and certification workflows which made the whole process much more efficient!

Cons

The admin center (along with the setup for learning paths and resources) is not immediately accessible and can feel a little complicated at first.

helpful support and useful updates

Pros

Getting basic how to questions answered by email has been really helpful. The training sessions are short and focused which makes them practical to attend. I also appreciate being notified when new features are released especially when they let me know about ones they think could be relevant to how I use the platform.

Cons

I'd still like to see stronger reporting options especially more detailed reports that can be exported to Excel. It would also help to have better visibility into ways to clean up or archive outdated resources in bulk.
