“Powerful inventory control”
Pros
It has a really use friendly interface and is pretty easy to use overall especially when it comes to pulling reports for inventory management, purchasing and customer data. It makes day to day tasks much easier to handle.
Cons
It takes a bit of adjusting to the menu since you have to hover over certain sections to get where you need to go. The interface also feels a little old-school and not especially modern. Still, there's really not much I dislike because the program works very well overall.

One thing that really stands out is the level of customization along with the customer support. The system can be customized in many different ways to fit specific needs and the support team has been helpful whenever needed.
Cons
Item lines don't show when a product was received into inventory which makes that detail harder to track.

Pros
Right from the start the software has been very user friendly. Even with a lot of employees who aren't very comfortable with computers, they've been able to use it without any trouble.
Cons
Reporting is one area that could be stronger. There are quite a few additional reports that aren't currently available and having them would help improve our efficiency.
