Simplified lead management at its best

Pros

Pepper Cloud makes it super easy to capture, track and manage leads from all sorts of sources like Facebook, WhatsApp ads, Google ads and more. It also brings all my interactions together from social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and others. The CRM lets me track conversations, link them to businesses and personalize chats without any issue

Cons

Honestly, I wish It worked with more social media platforms besides Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. It would be awesome if it expanded to include newer or niche platforms for more diverse campaigns.
