“Simple to implement”
Pros
Unifize stands out with its user-friendly design and interface making it easy for us to streamline and optimize various processes. Plus the software has been instrumental in reducing redundancies and centralizing data storage, improving visibility and encouraging teamwork. Thanks to it we have significantly boosted our operational efficiency and we no longer miss important tasks. The customization options available allow us to customize processes specifically to our organizations needs. And when it comes to Customer Onboarding the team consistently goes above and beyond to help us create processes that perfectly match our preferences making it a truly collaborative experience.
Cons
The interface can sometimes feel a bit clunky and there are some basic features like text wrapping, sorting options and displaying percentages on certain graphs that I feel like could use an update. It would also be really helpful if it could integrate smoothly with other programs like Salesforce.

The open structure allows us to build and connect everything. I am constantly looking for ways to improve laborious or paper based systems and integrate them into Unifize. This gives me visibility into my organization from high-level views down to individual products all with just a few clicks. And what used to take hours of running around from person to person or file cabinet to file cabinet to gather and review data I can now do in seconds.
Cons
Well I hope the PDF report generation feature becomes more efficient allowing users like myself to quickly create and generate our own reports.
