Easy segmentation but more guidance is needed

Pros

It allows us to quickly filter through customer data to create relevant target audiences by segmenting them and provides enough detail to personalize our campaigns while ensuring GDPR compliance.

Cons

When I make a mistake setting up a target audience, it is not always clear what went wrong. It is usually a user error but sometimes I wish there was more guidance so I would not have to spend so much time figuring out why a new data extension shows 0 customers.

Powerful segmentation, however complex setup

Pros

I love being able to see the exact number of customers who will receive the email before sending, instead of after like I experienced with Audience Builder in Salesforce. The level of segmentation it offers is also great.

Cons

It takes a bit of time to get used to. It feels more complex than Audience Builder and takes some effort to fully understand.

Easy to use and seamless integration

Pros

The platform is pretty easy to use and allows us to connect all our data sources making segmentation and model building a simple task.

Cons

I have not come across any downsides while using it. I enjoy using it and it's been really helpful in meeting our needs.
