What Is Fello?

Fello is a cloud-based technology designed specifically for real estate teams that transforms a contact database into a source of continual seller and buyer prospects. It uses public records, MLS data, and several house valuation sources to provide each contact with information such as equity status, loan terms, and recent market activity. From there, Fello's AI teammate, Felix, performs individualized follow-up by text, phone, and email, adapting its approach as a contact's circumstance evolves. The platform also includes an Email Builder and marketing automation tools, allowing organizations to run customized campaigns utilizing live property data and then delegate warm, ready-to-close discussions to agents whenever a contact demonstrates genuine intent.

What Is Fello Best For?

Felix, Fello's AI teammate, runs 1:1 follow-up by text, phone, and email to ensure that real estate teams never lose a lead. The software searches Fello's living database of continually enriched contacts for signals such as rising home equity or life events, and then Felix sends bespoke messages based on real context rather than templates. Felix works around the clock, remembers every previous discussion, and transfers warm, ready-to-close connections to human agents, assisting teams in converting stopped leads into scheduled meetings without adding additional workload to their workforce.

  • Fello enriches every contact with public information, MLS data, and several house valuation sources to develop a complete homeowner profile

  • Felix, your AI partner, communicates with each contact via text, phone, or email, utilizing personalized information rather than a generic script
  • Use the Email Builder and marketing suite to develop 1:1 campaigns, landing sites, and forms without further design work
  • Felix remembers every previous conversation across every channel and continues the follow-up until a contact is ready

Who Is Fello For?

The platform caters to a range of real estate professionals, including:

  • Solo agents
  • Large teams and brokerages
  • Inside sales agents (ISAs)
  • Mortgage professionals
  • Insurance agents

Fello Use Cases

Fello is employed differently depending on who is behind the wheel. Solo agents, mortgage professionals, inside sales agents, and large teams usually use the platform in the following ways, depending on how it is created and positioned:

Solo Agents Juggling Too Many Contacts To Follow Up With Everyone

A solo agent may have thousands of contacts stored in a spreadsheet or an old CRM, but there are only so many hours in the day. Past clients, cold leads, and persons who enquired months ago are all pushed aside while the agent focuses on whoever is asking questions right now. Fello updates each of those connections with new property and equity data before flagging those who appear to be moving soon, allowing an agent working alone to focus their limited time on the handful of people who are truly worth calling rather than guessing who to contact next.

Mortgage Professionals Losing Refinance Opportunities They Never Saw Coming

Rate decreases and rising home equity provide refinance opportunities that open and close quickly, and a loan officer who does not monitor every client's figures on a daily basis would miss the majority of them. Fello automatically records equity changes, loan terms, and market shifts across a whole client base, surfacing only the borrowers who now qualify for a better deal. This transforms refinance outreach from a manual guessing game to one driven by actual numbers, allowing mortgage professionals to engage clients as soon as their situation changes rather than months later when the chance has passed.

Inside Sales Agents Burning Out From Cold Outreach That Goes Nowhere

ISAs are frequently measured by call volume but dialing through a list with little context results in short calls, quick hang-ups, and low conversion rates, regardless of how many attempts are recorded. Analysis of Fello's positioning reveals that the platform is designed to change what an ISA is phoning about in the first place: instead of a generic script, outreach is tailored to a specific signal, such as a contact whose house value has just increased or who has clicked a valuation link. That shift means fewer wasted calls and more meaningful interactions, because the person on the other end cares.

Large Teams And Brokerages Struggling To Keep Every Agent's Follow-Up Consistent

Once a brokerage has more than a few agents, it's nearly impossible to tell whether every lead is being worked or simply sitting in someone's queue. Fello provides leadership with a single view of the entire database, displaying which contacts have been contacted, which have gone cold, and which are ready for a handoff, regardless of which agent owns them. For a brokerage managing hundreds or thousands of contacts, this level of insight ensures that leads do not fall through the cracks between agents, and that management can see where deals are won or lost.

Is Fello Right For You?

Fello is useful for real estate firms that want to continue working with every contact in their database without recruiting additional workers. It works especially well when agents have hundreds or thousands of prior leads and clients who have not been contacted because they do not have enough time to call, text, or email them all on a regular basis.

Fello helps turn more of that idle database into active conversations by automatically augmenting contact data and allowing Felix to follow up via text, phone, and email until someone is ready to talk. It also takes data privacy seriously, maintaining SOC 2 Type II certification to provide clients with confidence in how their information is safeguarded.

As real estate agents rapidly adopt AI for client communication and automated follow-up, with more than half now utilizing AI tools on a daily basis and just as many relying on AI for automatic follow-ups and client messaging, Fello fits firmly into that trend. Its living database and AI buddy Felix enabled companies to put that type of automation to use without having to build or manage it themselves.

Fello Features

Living Database Enrichment

Fello uses public information, MLS data, and various independent house valuation sources to convert each contact into a complete homeowner profile. Instead of simply a name and an old email, agents may view estimated equity, loan terms, last selling date, and house value changes, which are updated daily. This means that an agent's database is no longer a static list, but rather a live source of who is ready to make a move.

See How It Works
AI-Powered Nurture Decisioning

The platform decides what each homeowner should be taught next and when, and adjusts the plan as new data arrives, such as a shift in equity or a change in market conditions. There is no need for manual campaign creation because the system reads each contact's condition and responds automatically, via whatever channel is most appropriate. This keeps each contact moving forward without requiring an agent to prepare or trigger anything themselves.

See How It Works
Real Estate-Specific Email Builder

Fello features an ‘Email Builder’ that allows agents to create branded campaigns with a drag-and-drop interface, rather to using a broad marketing platform like Mailchimp or Constant Contact. It has AI-assisted editing, dynamic content blocks, and lead capture widgets built into the templates. Agents may create a professional email from beginning in minutes or start with a proven template, eliminating the need for outside design assistance.

Property Intelligence And Market Visibility

By monitoring real estate transactions across buyer and seller activity as well as their own database, Fello's Property Intelligence products provide teams with a broader perspective of the market. Agents may track team performance, including which contacts sold and whether it was with them or a rival, and view real-time market fluctuations. Leadership now has a better understanding of where business are won or lost throughout the entire pipeline, not just at the level of individual contacts.

See How It Works
Buyer-To-Seller Lead Scoring

This feature rates each contact based on characteristics like data accuracy, previous campaign activity, and mortgage or equity status, and then ranks them according to their likelihood of becoming a seller. Qualified possibilities are quickly synced into a team's existing CRM, and marketing can include direct mail as well as digital platforms for contacts who prefer to engage offline. This converts a buyer database that would otherwise go untouched into a continuous list of prioritized vendor opportunities.

Our fantastic experience and insights with the Fello platform

Pros

What stands out most about Fello is its real time overview of our entire database. It allows us to track how clients are interacting with email clicks and opens. I also love the automated postcard feature for drop off site visitors. Also the platform's listing and cash offer net sheets have been invaluable for us. It helps us send offers and build net sheets for both traditional listings and cash offers. We also love the mortgage balance and details feature, which we use daily. The engagement with our leads is top-notch, and the Real Sellers report helps track agent performance. The customer support is unmatched and I wish every company offered the level of service that Fello provides.

Cons

I think there are no major downsides but I would love to see a daily view of hand raisers. Something like a dashboard that highlights people with significant engagement over the last 24 hours would help agents reach out easily instead of searching manually.
