iContact, formerly known as Outmarket, is a web-based email automation and marketing tool geared towards businesses of all sizes. This solution offers several features with a primary focus on user-friendly email marketing features, some of them include list management, customizable email templates campaign management, social media integration/publishing, and email design, and other email automation tools, within the same system.

iContact offers a variety of unique functions such as A/B testing and a free email Lookbook, due to which it stands out from the industry competitors. Another prominent feature is SpamCheck that helps lower any chances of mislabeling emails as spam by thoroughly reviewing email contents against the set rules which in turn improves email deliverability.

Pricing: iContact Pro Automation's starting price is $99/month or $84.15 prepaid annually for accounts with up to 2,500 subscribers. $129/month or $109.65 prepaid annually for accounts with up to 5000 subscribers.

USP: All levels of the marketing funnel can be streamlined and automated. Easy access to contact lists, improved CRM. Segmentation tools and additional targeting features for better leads nurturing and passing them along to sales with included CRM integrations.

Support: Support is provided via Phone, email, and tickets. Live training can be requested at any time.

Things Customers like: Customized reports and dashboards allow users to monitor campaign performance and gain a holistic view of all their email campaigns. New users can be onboarded at no additional cost. There is no limit on the number of users that can be added.

Things Customers do not like: complimentary unlimited storage is not offered for storing images and has to be purchased separately. Limited offered integrations. Direct integration with many cloud-based applications, such as CRMs, online forms, and lead generation tools is not offered.
