Things Customers like: Customized reports and dashboards allow users to monitor campaign performance and gain a holistic view of all their email campaigns. New users can be onboarded at no additional cost. There is no limit on the number of users that can be added.

Things Customers do not like: complimentary unlimited storage is not offered for storing images and has to be purchased separately. Limited offered integrations. Direct integration with many cloud-based applications, such as CRMs, online forms, and lead generation tools is not offered. Building forms come with limited tools and minimal customization. iContact Pro Select doesn't support advanced tagging or segmentation functionality
