“Best tool with outstanding customer support”
Pros
We were looking for an easy and fast way to set up email signatures and it gave us so much more than that. As an IT admin, it's been useful for unifying our Google Workspace branding and setting up signatures for users and teams. Plus, I can do admin stuff like setting up aliases or changing default sending addresses which is amazing.
Cons
The app is easy to deploy and use and I haven't run into any issues so far. The variety of features might be a bit overwhelming for some users at first but it's really easy to get the hang of. Plus, their support team is always quick and helpful.

“Fantastic app for managing email signatures”
Pros
We loved how easy it was to install the app and no routing or SMTP settings needed. The signature editor is really simple to use and there are plenty of templates to choose from. The features for managing Google Workspace were also great especially since we're a large company and need to automate updates to user aliases and default sending addresses.
Cons
Everything is working great and we haven't encountered any issues so far.

“My fav app!”
Pros
The app is easy to install and use with excellent integration with Google Workspace. We used it to set email signatures that matched our new corporate identity for specific organizational units. There's also an option to create alias addresses which was perfect for our company's rebranding process. During our domain transition, we needed to update aliases and change default sending addresses without bothering the end users, so It really helped us manage that part of the rebrand.
Cons
It would be awesome if there was an option to automatically assign email signatures to based on their group or organizational unit (OU) membership the first time they sync to the app.
