Pros:
It unlocks a level of professional marketing I have never seen before! Weve been communicating with our clients and potential customers more effectively.Each and everything a potential client can interact with can be customized as you see fit. I mean the landing page, product portfolios, and even email formats—everything can be customized to the last bit. To help with overall sales, a lot of third-party apps can be easily integrated with Spark. It includes Salesforce, which is our software of choice. The tech support is excellent and constantly provides us with tips and tricks to utilize the software better than ever.
Cons:
It is a bit unfortunate that they dont offer a built-in CRM. There are a lot of other marketing tools that offer the functionality of CRM as well. And based on the time of day, the software can perform a bit slower than usual. Im not sure if it has something to do with load capacity or our network capabilities. It has restricted the number of users based on the package we have. And the package itself is very expensive, which means we basically cannot increase the number of users at this point.

Pros:
Like every other CRM on the market, Spark is made to automate the marketing process with all the right features. What makes it stand out is its simplicity and flexibility, which allow us to target more and more prospects every day with the least amount of work. Our campaigns have been really effective and have achieved exactly what we wanted from them. I also found it to be affordable, especially when we consider that a lot of features like multi-channel campaign management and even event management are included in the main automation package. Another small but great feature of Spark is that it offers a scoring system that helps us rank our customers based on priority.
Cons:
It doesnt really offer a free trial version that would help you decide whether you want to go all in with your investment or not. And while the customer support is great, it just isnt available all the time like it should be. Its probably available during their office hours, which could differ from yours and cause inconveniences.

This platform has helped us improve a lot, especially our sales-marketing initiatives and with it we’ve been able to achieve best results. We’ve improved our lead management with better lead scoring parameters and tracking the movements of each lead. We are able to create email campaigns and send out emails. The email templates, scheduler, analytics, etc, all are great and boosts our productivity.
Cons:
This system requires training, so training is a must for a new user to use it more efficiently.

This system is intuitive. I like that it is web-based and can be accessed easily. It is easy to customize depending on your needs of the reports or just by preference.
Cons:
They don’t have a built in CRM. The speed can sometimes be sluggish. It is a bit costly as well. Limited users or slots, that can be given by our company.

Pros:
It makes it seamless for us to communicate with our customers and prospects with the help of the marketing campaigns. It has robust features for developing emails and creating campaigns or landing pages. It is one of the best tools for marketing automation for small businesses or enterprises. Cons:
We work with an agency who specialize in Marketo campaigns, so they help us train our new users, as the system isn’t intuitive for our new users.

The opportunities with our leads increased kind of instantly when we started using Marketo. It helped us trim down and focus on the right market and due to that, we were able to convert leads to sales by 10% in the first month. It is easy to use. The templates are great. They offer amazing tips and guide us all the time. This product has all the right tools needed for marketing automation. Everything is amazing about this product.
Cons:
The price is a bit high in comparison to other marketing automation tools. I would recommend going with the free trial for Marketo as well.

It is an amazing product and sometimes can be quite daunting as well. It has so many features, depth-wise, and breadthwise. It is an enterprise-level marketing automation tool. It is scalable and grows with your company whether there are 100 customers or 1 million. It is an amazing tool. One of the best.
Cons:
In my opinion, its not suitable for small businesses due to its complexity. There are many simple products out there that small businesses can go for.
