Takes too long to recover

Pros

It helps me keep track of what my students and teachers are looking at especially when pages get updated or changed. It really gives me a clear picture of their activity, which is very helpful.

Cons

The thing I didn't like is that the software isn't very interactive. I spend a lot of time just clicking around and it doesn't feel natural or easy to use.

Visitor Analytics works instead of Google Analytics

Pros

I tried the trial version but honestly, I didn't find any features that really stood out or impressed me enough to mention as my favorite.

Cons

What bothered me about Visitor Analytics is that since it costs money, I expected it to have a lot more features than the free "G" product but it didn't really feel like that.
