Whatagraph Use Cases
Based on our analysis of user feedback and Whatagraph’s capabilities, we have identified key scenarios where this software is a good fit for marketing and data-driven business teams across industries:
Digital Agencies Managing Monthly Reports Across Dozens Of Clients
Agencies managing large client portfolios struggle with time-consuming and repetitive report creation across accounts. Whatagraph allows teams to connect all client reports to a centralized template, ensuring updates are applied universally without manual edits. This reduces reporting overhead and enables teams to focus more on campaign analysis and client strategy.
Agencies Replacing Unstable Reporting Stacks Built On Looker Studio
Agencies using fragmented reporting stacks face frequent data inconsistencies and broken integrations. Whatagraph replaces this setup with managed, native integrations that reduce dependency on third-party connectors. This stabilizes reporting workflows and minimizes time spent on troubleshooting data issues.
E-commerce Teams Tracking Performance Across Paid And Organic Channels
E-commerce teams struggle to consolidate performance data across multiple marketing channels without introducing reporting errors. Whatagraph centralizes data from platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and email into a single interface. It also enables custom calculations, allowing teams to analyze performance without relying on manual spreadsheet workflows.
Media Companies Consolidating Marketing Data Across Distributed Brands Or Locations
Media organizations operating multiple brands or locations lack a unified view of performance due to decentralized campaign execution. Whatagraph aggregates data from different properties into a centralized reporting layer, enabling cross-brand comparison and portfolio-level insights. This supports better resource allocation and strategic oversight across all business units.
Professional Services Firms Proving Marketing ROI To Internal Stakeholders
Professional services firms find it difficult to present clear and structured marketing performance data to non-technical stakeholders. Whatagraph standardizes reporting outputs into consistent, easy-to-read formats. This helps stakeholders interpret results quickly and supports clearer communication of marketing impact.

“Clean reports clients actually understand
Pros
Every month I rely on this platform to present marketing campaign metrics to my client roster. It gives us one unified view of all the campaigns we're running and the platform connections are easy while the reports are simple to understand. The modern design is a big plus and customizing reports is very convenient. Updating each widget in the editor is pretty smooth whether I'm changing colors or adding logos and images from platforms we use like GA4. Because of that the data feels much clearer and more digestible for clients who aren't marketing experts :)
Cons
My only real complaint with them is that the website/server can be slow at times especially when I need to download several reports at once.

“Good dashboards for reporting
Pros
Putting client reports together is much simpler with this platform. The dashboards look clean, are quick to build and work really well for client facing reporting. It brings in data from Google ads, Meta, Linkedin and even Tiktok without any trouble. I also appreciate being able to automate reports that already look polished and ready to send. It saves me from messing around with spreadsheets or spending extra time creating slides.
Cons
Things can get frustrating when two people edit the same report at once because some widgets may glitch or break which is the last thing you want under a tight deadline. There's also no custom URL option and the lack of support for X Ads (Twitter) still makes it a bit restrictive when managing full funnel campaigns.
