Sophisticated tool

Pros:
Marketo provides with a great deal of robust features for developing email marketing campaigns and creating landing pages. It communicates with customers and prospects in a very seamless way. It is one of the best tool for small businesses and enterprises. It is a sophisticated tool and give a very professional look to the emails. It tracks emails, lead scoring, reporting etc. It can also be integrated with different software like Salesforce.

Cons:
A few of the set-up features aren’t intuitive.

Increased sales.

Pros:
This software is amazing. It offers a lot of tips and, guides you on how to use it to its maximum potential. With this software our lead score has been increased. It is easy to use, and the templates are quite good. Marketo is a complete tool for email marketing. This tool is wonderful and helps you focus and improve.

Cons:
Compared to other products the price of this software is a bit costly. They should offer a free trial or free version of it.

Daunting and Amazing!

Pros:
It is one of the best tools out there for email marketing automation. It scales and grows according to your company whether the company has 100 customers or 1 million. It is both daunting and amazing because of the in depth and in breadth features that it offers.

Cons:
For smaller businesses I would say that it’s not quite usable. It is complex.

Beneficial product.

Pros:
It is simple to use. It has helped in simplifying the email marketing process for me. It also provides with a lot of advanced options for landing pages which make things simple and easy.

Cons:
When we initially started using it we thought that we would be able to integrate it with a few different software. Yet, we’ve been able to integrate 2 and we’re working on the third one.

Functional tool

Pros:
It is easy to collect information, group it and sent it out to the targeted audience. The email marketing tool wasn’t that easy without having an IT background, but once you learn how it’s done, things become easier to manage. It has a drag and drop interface which makes it easier for us to use. Email marketing has now become way more better and easier for us than it once was.

Cons:
It isn’t an easy tool to use, and not everyone can use it without learning it. When we first started using this system, we could not just hand it over to the marketing team to create emails and all, but we had to assign an IT person with them, because without an IT background it would have taken longer for us to get started with it.

The best out of the rest.

Pros:
This system has been a game changer for our company. With this tool, we have discovered new ways of working. Every process has been improved and we’ve a better insight on our leads and managing them has been a lot easier. It has so many amazing features, that it keeps on surprising us in different ways of making things better around here at our company. We have it integrated with salesforce and outlook, which has made workflow much better and easier as tasks are now automated.

Cons:
There are times when the system takes a while to load things, especially when a huge amount data is to be loaded all at once.

Easy campaign management.

Pros:
It helps in managing all the marketing campaigns, especially for small businesses this factor is very important. Once you get the hang of it, things become easier to do and manage, and marketing goes up another level.

Cons:
It took a while for us to get used to the way things work within this system. The marketing department struggled in this area.

It is a resourceful tool.

Pros:
Marketo is an efficient tool. We’ve seen this company get more successful since we implemented this system. It is very easy to manage contacts and lists. We can track our sales campaigns easily and report it as well. It has helpful reporting tools. Once the campaigns have been set the rest is very easy to do. It is a very resourceful tool.

Cons:
They need to provide more training materials for this tool, as email creation is kind of difficult. The email preview is totally different from what the email actually looks like when it is sent. Without the templates it is extremely hard to create an email that is responsive as well.

It got killed.

Pros:
There was a time when the company used to focus more on their customer. The product is good. It is user-friendly, has a lot of features and functionalities to offer, and the user community is good too.

Cons:
Customer service isn’t as good as it previously was. They’re going downhill. They just focus on charging you now, and not on providing a better customer experience. The company is heading south. I would not recommend this product to anyone, as they do not care about their customers and are exploiting them in every way possible.

Powerful tool but complicated

Pros:
It is a powerful too. It has a lot of function. It is capable of doing a lot. It keeps track of all your email campaigns, your lead score, reports etc. Creating email campaigns are easier as well, and it lets you personalize things accordingly.

Cons:
The interface of this product isn’t that great. The tool is very complicated and old-fashioned. The email builder doesn’t allow you to design emails the way you want it to be. To create something of your own you need to know HTML.
