monday.com Project Management Cons: The project management software does not have a native audio calling feature but can be integrated with third-party apps like Aircall. It does not support mass email or email sequences either although they plan on introducing the changes.

Monday.com has helped our company enormously. Since implementing Monday.com as our client-facing communication tool, we've witnessed a significant decrease in confusion, fewer lost emails, and higher customer satisfaction. The system also aids immensely in Customer Relationship Management.
