Pros:The system is easy to learn, and extremely user-friendly. The fact that I have direct access to the system feels great. The support staff of the company is superb. Whenever I have faced issues, they always solve them for me, and they are simply great as all my experiences that I’ve had with them has been amazing. They know what my office needs. The system can also be customized according to your practice.
Cons:I usually have to wait for a whole day to get things fixed from their support team whenever I get errors. And I also never know when the system is not working from the back and all I do is wonder that something went wrong due to us, and we have some problems.
Pros:I am highly pleased with the system. They heard all our requests very attentively, and accommodated all of them in the system, which made me so much happy. The support staff always helps, and if one representative does not know or is not sure about something, they would always ask the other person who is more aware of it and respond with a sure answer. They are simply great.
Cons:There was just one issue that we faced with this system and that is of clicking the refresh button again and again. There is no other issue with this system, all is well.
Pros:This product is easy to learn and to navigate. The customer support is great. Due to the amazing customer support team, our transition from the previous EHR to this EHR was trouble free. Completing MACRA was easy with the help of the customer support team. The system also captures data for billing. My office staff also preferred Omni over the previous EMR that we used.
Cons:For me, I have troubles changing my templates, but the support team helps you make changes to it. In my view, they can make PMH easier, than what it is right now.
Pros:The best part of this product is their customer support team, they are excellent. They always respond and solve all the issues that you inform them that you faced. The software itself does everything, from scheduling appointments to billing. It is a complete a software and you would not regret having it.
Cons:It is not something new I guess, as the con for this software is the same as every other product. The upgrades are painful every time that it happens. Every software gets messed up whenever an upgrade happens, but thanks to the customer service the problems are solved soon.
Pros:The customer support team excellent. We do sometimes face minor issues within the system, but the customer support has always been there for our rescue. The staff is very professional, reliable, and prompt in responding. The staff always finds a solution to solve your problems or issues that you face. They offer specialty specific EHRs, which is a plus. It caters everyone.
Cons:They could make the prescription writing a bit more user-friendly. You might also notice a few glitches sometimes. Just a few more minor changes we would love them to do, hopefully we’ll soon be having the changes made on the system.
