Simple set-up

Pros:
It is exceptionally instinctive and simple for both the authoritative and clinical sides of rehab treatment. I appreciate how simple it is to personalize rapidly numerous properties of EMR software from the calendar to forms within the software.
Cons:
Incapable to have the patient's notes open at one time. It takes multiple clicks to see a patient's notes.

Pros:
It has a proper format that is easy to follow. It is also fully customizable as you can modify it according to your personal likings.

Optima Therapy is user-friendly.

Pros:
Very easy to use and I like that you can complete the documentation in a short interval of time making the software time efficient.
Cons:
I just don't like that there are some parts of the evaluation that are repeated.

The glitches are very troublesome since the update came and I wish we could go back to the older version again somehow.

Great usability before recent update

Pros:
Optima is very easy to work with using any device. It makes documenting for all of the clinicians easy while saving time.
Cons:
Our company has had a hard time getting issues resolved in a timely manner ever since they updated the software. It seems as if this update was done prior to figuring out the quirks.

We love it

Pros:
Love the ease of use and customer support. I really like how colorful the platform is, makes it easier to find things. The tabs are organized like a paper chart. Hospice is complex enough that we don't need a hard to use program.

Unnecessary steps to do simple recurring tasks.

It does not allow us to update the care plan unless you are in a nurse's note.

Good product.

Pros:
The IDG procedure is valuable and extremely simple and supportive for everybody to follow. I like the incorporation of the care configuration issues and evaluations.
Cons:
There should be a training module available for users to easily learn the system and use it. The admission and discharge processed could be improved and made smoother. The online help section is not helpful at all. We were told that the system could be configured and customized according to our needs, but it cannot be customized or personalized as much as we would want it to.

Decent software

Pros:
Very user-friendly. Customer support is prompt and actively helpful. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our questions are answered and understood. I appreciate they take the time to work with us on a one to one basis if necessary to solve any issues or concerns we may have.
Cons:
The system is not as intuitive as it should be. Some simple tasks take too many unnecessary steps which can easily be avoided.
