However, upon using the system, I've discovered that many of these additional features included in the package have not been particularly useful or functional for our specific needs.

The responsiveness and professionalism of OptimisPT personnel, particularly the individual in charge of customer outreach, have been shockingly poor. We experienced three prolonged downtimes, one of which lasted several days, severely impacting our business operations and patient care. Regrettably, the response to these issues from OptimisPT was completely apathetic, exacerbating the problems for our business.

Excellent EHR with with an Intuitive UI

Moreover, the excellent support provided adds significant value to the overall experience. Creating support tickets is a straightforward process, and issue resolution is consistently prompt.

Overall, OptimisPT has a solid user experience, and there are no significant drawbacks to note. However, one improvement I would suggest is the implementation of more robust reporting tools to provide users with greater flexibility in customizing reports according to their specific needs.
