“Excellent team collaboration features.”
Pros
Axosoft has become a core part of our business. We use it for all of our projects which promotes collaboration between teams and manages projects better. We utilize almost all of the tools it offers - such as generating configurable work categories that we can further divide into what we call sprints (work week). Axosoft performs an excellent job of assisting in determining where the majority of our company’s time and money is spent which allows me to have tighter control. We are able to meet our release schedules. It is the best software solution that I have used.
Cons
The software occasionally gives up on us, leaving the screen frozen for long periods, and only works when I completely restart the server. I have lost a fair amount of data due to this issue. There are occasional flaws that prevent us from deleting cards, so we merely mark them as declined. Also, some workflow logic for testing is missing; we have to put all of our testing logic in a text editor box, and it would be wonderful if these could be sub-tasks that could be checked off when completed.
