Good, fluid interface and great security features.

Pros

The user interface is really fluid, speedy, and responsive. The Keto tool is safe and reliable, especially for the IT industry, in my opinion. It is simple to use and teach to other employees without too much involvement of professional trainers. It is a very useful tool for managing numerous projects at the same time. It keeps the project workflow going. We can quickly create reports, and portfolios, and measure progress.

Cons

The UX could have been made a bit more streamlined. Currently, there are just way too many boxes and non-relevant information to be filled by us and the clients. Customer service is just okay, which is not acceptable for such premium software. Otherwise, this is an excellent project management tool that has genuinely helped me be more productive and deliver efficient projects.

Simple to use and adaptable software.

Pros

Everyone can easily operate the software and it can adapt to a users way of work. Logically coupled resource and project functionalities are an added plus. The essential features are easily accessible. Mostly intuitive with little help required from the support team. Keto continuously saves the work while I work which makes sure no data is lost.

Cons

When compared to alternative browser-based apps, the app is slow. It is complicated software with a long implementation process, but the end results were well worth it. The implementation part is totally overshadowed by its ease of use.

Good for tracking progress of multiple projects.

Pros

I recently started using the Keto project management software to manage my teams projects, and overall it has been a positive experience. The software is easy to use and has many helpful features that have improved our teams productivity. One of the best things about Keto is its ability to track progress on multiple projects at once. This has greatly reduced the need for constant check-ins and updates, as all team members can view the progress in real-time.

Cons

One issue we have had is with the user interface. While it is generally intuitive, there are some areas where it could be more streamlined. Additionally, we have experienced occasional glitches or slow loading times when working on larger projects.

Centralizes project management processes.

Pros

Ever since we implemented Keto software, the entire R&D process has been organized quite well. We have been able to centralize numerous components of project management (e.g., schedule, budget, risk, NPV, etc.) that had previously been managed in separate software. Keto also supports a variety of handy, customized dashboards that are unique to each user and provide a rapid overview of the complete project portfolio for any particular parameter. I would definitely recommend this software to streamline project management.

Cons

Keto is advanced, and it looks the part as well. But this is why it is also not as simple to learn as other alternatives might be. And that, for me, is the most significant downside to this software. I feel like I haven’t been able to use it optimally and there are still a lot of features that I haven’t even explored. They provide a user manual that only covers the basics and there are no user-populated forums either. Keto support service, on the other hand, is always quick to respond to inquiries and quite helpful, which covers most of my issues.

Comprehensive Project Management Tool

Pros

The software's capability to serve as a unified online tool for managing multiple project processes is highly valued. It already offers numerous beneficial features but its development should continue to address some project management processes that may be missing in our organization. Ideally I envision a system that guides project managers throughout project execution potentially eliminating the need for separate plans.

Cons

The user interface's responsiveness could be improved as some actions such as page transitions and data entry experience slight delays. Additionally synchronization between Keto and MS Project's time management could enhance efficiency. Improved reporting with automatic distribution to stakeholders including key data like budget status and ongoing tasks would be beneficial. Task reminders for project managers and the addition of a wizard for project setup could further streamline processes. A dedicated page for project personnel organization would also be advantageous.
