The user interface is really fluid, speedy, and responsive. The Keto tool is safe and reliable, especially for the IT industry, in my opinion. It is simple to use and teach to other employees without too much involvement of professional trainers. It is a very useful tool for managing numerous projects at the same time. It keeps the project workflow going. We can quickly create reports, and portfolios, and measure progress.
Cons
The UX could have been made a bit more streamlined. Currently, there are just way too many boxes and non-relevant information to be filled by us and the clients. Customer service is just okay, which is not acceptable for such premium software. Otherwise, this is an excellent project management tool that has genuinely helped me be more productive and deliver efficient projects.

Everyone can easily operate the software and it can adapt to a users way of work. Logically coupled resource and project functionalities are an added plus. The essential features are easily accessible. Mostly intuitive with little help required from the support team. Keto continuously saves the work while I work which makes sure no data is lost.
Cons
When compared to alternative browser-based apps, the app is slow. It is complicated software with a long implementation process, but the end results were well worth it. The implementation part is totally overshadowed by its ease of use.

I recently started using the Keto project management software to manage my teams projects, and overall it has been a positive experience. The software is easy to use and has many helpful features that have improved our teams productivity. One of the best things about Keto is its ability to track progress on multiple projects at once. This has greatly reduced the need for constant check-ins and updates, as all team members can view the progress in real-time.
Cons
One issue we have had is with the user interface. While it is generally intuitive, there are some areas where it could be more streamlined. Additionally, we have experienced occasional glitches or slow loading times when working on larger projects.
