“Full of Bugs and Poor Support”
Pros
Integrating the tool into the app was relatively simple and it comes at a reasonable price. It also offers the option to create multiple workspaces.
Cons
The product's value and pricing seemed fair initially but I ended up spending a significant amount of time troubleshooting issues and contacting LoopedIn support. Many features such as the roadmap widgets and boards had bugs and issues would often resurface. Poor customer support and scattered settings in different tabs made the experience frustrating.
