It has made our FP&A work more efficient by cutting down on spreadsheet tasks, improving data accuracy and giving us a clearer view of organizational performance. Flexible reporting lets us build dynamic financial reports and dashboards for operational as well as executive decision-making. Automation tools save time on recurring work, leaving the team more room to focus on analysis instead of preparing data. Overall, it has optimized financial planning and reporting while helping us collaborate and feel more confident in our financial data.
Cons
Setup and configuration can be complicated particularly for organizations with advanced planning and reporting needs. Some advanced features take time to learn and users may need extra training to make full use of them. From what I've seen thus far Prophix One is simple for users of any level to learn and working with the implementation team is easy.
Cons
Self-training courses are aimed at the most basic users so they felt slow and drawn out to me. That's a personal issue though since I know basic users found them very good.
