Customizable and adaptable.

Pros

We have been loving this software from the start. What we liked best about Tekmons solution is that it is customizable and adaptable, so we didnt have to adjust our processes to accommodate the system. It made our processes more user-friendly, and it was simple to incorporate into our procedures.

Cons

The only significant problem was educating and acclimating the personnel, more than 3000 users at this point, to the electronic format before it was paper. It was more of a training task, although Tekmon provided guides/training material to help you learn the application.

Helps with workload management.

Pros

It didnt take long to implement the solution. The Tekmon team was really helpful in helping us switch seamlessly from our old system to this one. Once incorporated, it was smooth sailing and significantly reduced workload.

Cons

Our overall experience has been quite positive. So far, the only problem we faced was the time it took to get everyone on board following the implementation process.

Bulk notification tool is highly valuable.

Pros

We needed a way to contact clients who already had the parking card in order to educate them about a new service. We would have had to phone each of the 250 people to alert them of the new service upgrade prior to the introduction of the Tekmon bulk notification tool. In addition, because we are a mall, we would interact with merchants about emergency occurrences, and this application has helped us communicate swiftly and keep track of responses and messages in significant situations.

Cons

I value the software a lot. It has really helped streamline the business. It is difficult to mention a con for Tekmon at the moment. The most I can say is that it has ocassional functional glitches.

Reliable, helpful support team.

Pros

The voice option, which allows messages to be played aloud in several languages since over here we use Greek and English, is the most powerful tool for us. This tool has been really useful and the products most powerful feature, which we have heavily employed. Tekmons solutions have streamlined our operations; we always felt that Tekmon heard our demands and inquiries, and their crew has always remained exceptionally helpful, professional, and dedicated to finding the best solution that matches our processes and company. Overall in the end I have found this software to be very effective for us and we value that.

Cons

We like that the vendor updates the software for improvements. But over the last two updates, we have faced multiple functionalities lags afterward. It causes a lot of confusion and inconvenience.
