I find it to be a valuable project planning and management tool particularly impressed with its teamwork feature. Additionally it allows for efficient document management and facilitates member feedback.

Cons

The only drawback I notice is the somewhat limited management options.

One limitation is the absence of a global Gantt chart or a table that encompasses all project teams which would provide a more comprehensive view of ongoing projects.

Wimi's web browserlike interface with the ability to jump between panes appeals to me visually. The separation of documents into a specific pane is helpful for quick reference. It provides versatility.

Cons

It can feel somewhat overcrowded and the task assignment with postit notes may seem unclear. This is a subjective feeling though and could depend on personal preferences.

To date we haven't encountered any issues with the software itself most problems were related to network issues.

It's quite userfriendly requiring minimal training for our small staff.

Cons

With many competing products in the market some of which are free like Google Suite and others like Slack offering similar services at lower costs Wimi faces stiff competition.

Great Starting Point for Enterprise Software

I found this software to be very intuitive and conducive to easy remote training for both domestic and foreign staff. It helped improve visibility into staffing and project management.

Initially the software was less robust than expected particularly in the task function.
