  • Log in and go to the dashboard to customize your settings.
  • Set up your organization, choose basic preferences for your account, and select the features that you want to use.
  • Create a new user/employee by hovering over "Contacts", then "Employees", and click on the plus icon or arrow icon.  You can then set permissions for the user under Settings > Permissions.
  • Go to the "Projects" tab and click "Create New > Project." Enter the project details, assign team members, and set deadlines.  Create project templates under Settings > Projects. 
  • Go to the "Tasks" tab and click "Create New > Task." Enter the task details, assign it to a team member, and set a deadline. 
  • WORKetc also includes a CRM tool to manage customer relationships. To get started, hover over the "Contacts" tab and click the plus icon or arrow icon next to the type of contact you want to create. Enter the contact details and record any interactions you have had with them. 
  • A time-tracking tool allows you to track billable hours and expenses. Go to the "Work" tab and click "Timesheets." Enter the details of the time worked or expenses incurred.
  • Create a new invoice by going to their list of Unbilled Charges, or by going to Finance > Issued Invoices and clicking the arrow icon.  They can also create an invoice from any Create New menu.
