Everything together in this software is really helpful (including tenant screening, rent collection, leases and property tracking). The platform is user friendly, the website builder does a solid job and the pricing feels very reasonable for how many features are included.
Cons
A few of the more advanced property settings require some effort to figure out. The dashboard could also be more accessible especially when handling a larger number of properties.
