Pros
I did not like any part of the process or how the company manages its customer relationships.
Cons
They make you verify your ESA letter multiple times like over 5 only to send an email claiming it is fake, even though it's fully verifiable. Plus they do not even contact your therapist to confirm the letter before labeling it as fake. The customer service is awful too and I find it really frustrating and offensive.

To me everything about their service is great. They provide excellent customer support for both applicants and residents, offering helpful, informative guidance. Plus they help protect us from legal risks making the whole process easier and safer.
