Easy setup

Pros

Getting started with this tool was pretty easy and the system feels simple without being overly complicated. The online support team has been fantastic as well, replying to questions very quickly whenever we've needed help.

Cons

We really haven't run into any issues with the system. Whenever we've contacted customer support, they've consistently been helpful and supportive.

helpful booking control

Pros

Its simplicity is a big plus and it's really helpful for preventing double bookings. All of our rooms are presented clearly and having the option to integrate it into our own website is also very useful.

Cons

I don't really have anything major negative to point out. The only slightly awkward part is having to enter the room description in every language whenever I edit a room.

Excellent customer support

Pros

Customer service has been incredibly helpful and responds within seconds whenever I need assistance. The software also includes everything I need to sell my rooms online and stay connected with my OTAs.

Cons

I haven't come across any real issues yet. The only thing that might make it even better would be a mobile app for using the service on the phone.
