Reliable software

Pros

The software is really user-friendly. Also vendors are organized by property and the financial tools and reconciliations are proven pretty helpful for me.

Cons

It is not always easy to use and support is not always very helpful. Also I find it tricky to dig into an account on the balance sheet.

Great for managing a small portfolio

Pros

I have used Total Management for my expanding portfolio of multi family units. Plus it helps us stay organized and gives easy access to reports, rent rolls and ledgers. And it is pretty simple if you are familiar with this kind of software.

Cons

Integration with other programs is limited and I feel like the customer support could definitely be better.

Well worth the price and works well

Pros

It is an affordable, cost-effective choice for my growing property management business. And overall it works fine for our needs.

Cons

Compared to other property management software I have tried this one feels a bit pricey. Also I like some features across the options but none of them have fully won me over yet.
