The PMS supports multiple rate structures such as weekday, weekend, seasonal, and package rates. It allows hotels to handle youth and child rates, multi-currency pricing, and special room-based rates. The system can automatically stop selling after a set number of bookings or increase rates by a percentage when demand rises.

This module manages single guest requirements like room upgrades and multiple rates during a stay. It supports predefined discount structures, bill routing templates, and multi-currency billing for flexible folio settlement. Staff can also use it to handle time-bound bookings and multi-stage guest transfers.

Hotels can manage large group reservations by allocating rooms across categories and stay dates. The system handles pre-arrival and post-departure rates, as well as automated rooming list changes for group members. It also captures group movements and routes charges to a master account for consolidated billing.

The housekeeping module tracks room statuses such as Maid In, Clean, and Inspected. It manages temporarily out-of-service or out-of-inventory rooms while assigning public area cleaning tasks. Staff can also log lost and found items and track who claims them for accountability.
