Its a fantastic piece of software thats simple to use and comes with all of the tools youll need to run a doctors office efficiently. The customer service is fantastic! The implementation went smoothly. In short, we love it!

Works for Us!

Pros

It is much more beneficial to use a web-based system rather than a server-based system. When Im at home and need to work, I can use this software. Having the ability to access the device from any location at any time is a huge plus. Last but not least, the Team is outstanding. They come to our aid when we need it. When we need to make an update or make a request to them, they are also very quick to react.

A Good Choice!

Pros

One thing I like about this system is that our revenue has improved since we started using their Billing Module. I also like the fact that when our providers write their notes, they can use templates that are easy to customize.

The system glitches a lot and needs an update because its getting very slow.

The software provides excellent customer support. It is available whenever I have a query. I dont have to look for someone. They are quick to answer. After implementing their Billing Module, our revenue has improved.

You can save your patient records and manage the EHR according to your practice. Doctors can add notes and prescriptions to the chart.

The training was so helpful and all the customer service reps we have talked to have gone above and beyond to facilitate us.

The forms should be more therapy centric with easy note taking.

Could do with more customization

It helps in taking notes during therapy sessions and also has a prescription portal.

There are some options on here that we do not need and some that we would like but cannot find.
