Pros
The cloud setup makes shared document uploads and downloads really convenient and sending multiple documents at once is very practical. The help section is also laid out in a way that makes it simple to navigate when I need answers.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the search bar for tracked emails since it doesn't reliably bring up the specific email I'm trying to find.

Pros
Right away the platform feels exceptionally accessible to use and viewing or downloading records is very easy. I especially appreciate being able to sync documents to my local PC on a schedule that fits my preference. It also helps me maintain and manage the business enablement toolkit as well as product documentation. The whole process can be handled consistently in just a few minutes.
Cons
There are still some gaps in the feature set and since our team mainly uses Macs, a number of functions only work on PC or need a workaround. In particular, web record transfers on a Mac save as a Webloc file which then requires additional software to convert it into a URL file. It also took some effort to find the option for syncing records to my local PC.

Even from implementation, the support team was a big help and the tracking features have been especially valuable since they let us see which content gets used the most and help us focus on what our customers actually need to see.
Cons
The first time the system opens, the initial load time can be a bit slow. Also emails sent from the platform can sometimes feel a little too much like a mass mailer instead of something personal although there are ways to work around that.
