Pros
From the start, it has been a really flexible platform that helps me handle a wide range of needs. I've especially enjoyed how fluid the format is making it simple to combine videos, images, interactive graphs and infographics in a way that feels effective and engaging. It also connects smoothly with SEO tools and AI LLMs which has helped extend the reach and impact of the interactive content. The onboarding process was excellent and made getting started feel effortless. On top of that, the pricing is lower than many alternatives so it delivers solid value. The initial setup was easy and while moving existing content over did take a bit of time, once the templates are built the way you want them, everything becomes much faster and more manageable over time.
Cons
A few parts of the design functionality can be frustrating at times. In terms of control, it feels more comparable to Canva than Photoshop.

Cons
Getting comfortable with the platform took much more time than we expected. Because we were working under tight deadlines, the first piece of content we published didn't turn out at the standard we were aiming for.

Pros
Being able to create interactive content has been a big improvement for us. We used to mail donors a booklet and had no real way to tell whether they actually looked at it or which parts connected with them. Now I can see viewership, what sections they spend the most time on and how long they stay engaged with the story.
Cons
A little difficult to get started with and the platform felt somewhat overwhelming at first. Thankfully, our support contact Jayashree was very helpful and with her guidance we eventually learned how to use it well.
