The billing team and there process for everything is exceptional, so no issues whatsoever. They are always qucik and responsive. Customer service is top-notch as they are consistently enhancing features and accessibility. Practice metrics are simple to understand and the integrated fax number is convenient.

Cons

It lacks integration with other practice management software. CRM and RCM features are either deficient or slow in implementation. Accessing commonly used information requires multiple clicks which is also not ideal.
