“Perfect custom reports”
Pros
The team built the exact summaries we asked for. Our main accounting program has restrictions so we needed to create our own reporting styles to help leadership grasp product earnings which we couldn't do before. They built the templates precisely to our specifications and I'd give them a perfect score for their work. The team members we worked with were fantastic.

“Welcoming interface and efficient reports”
Pros
My favorite aspects are the welcoming interface and the logical design. Moving through the program is simple which makes building reports very efficient. The main screen gives a full picture of all the important numbers, letting me check performance and make informed choices rapidly. The option to use custom report layouts and the scheduled sending function have been extremely helpful saving me a massive amount of time and work. In short it has made our entire reporting routine smoother and boosted our team's output.
Cons
It's mostly great. However if the process of personalizing reports was a bit simpler, it would be a big help.
