TimeSolv = Greatness

Pros

Learning the system was simple, and scheduling Zoom meetings with specialists for exceptional customer service was a standout feature. Sending and splitting invoices were both effortless.

Cons

One of the features I used to like was the direct link to schedule online meetings with specialists. Unfortunately, it has recently been removed from the site, making it less convenient to arrange meetings when assistance is needed.

Small law firm usage

Pros

Once I got used to it, inputting time became fairly simple, and invoicing works well. We transitioned from Timeslips, and Timesolv has been satisfactory.

Cons

Obtaining meaningful reports is nearly impossible. When I run a report, I find discrepancies that aren't explained adequately. For instance, payments allocated to multiple matters show the total amount multiple times, which is confusing. The support provided doesn't clarify these issues.

I can't say enough good things....

Pros

As someone running a legal research and consulting service, I switched to TimeSolv after two decades with the same PC-based software. The old software's bugs became too much, so a friend suggested TimeSolv. I can't praise this application enough. Setting up and converting my data was smooth thanks to their conversion team. The app is incredibly user-friendly. I reduced my time spent generating invoices by two-thirds, and entering time, whether on my PC or phone, is seamless. Their customer support is outstanding. I highly recommend it.

I haven't yet utilized the trust accounting features, but I may in the future if circumstances require.

Their invoicing and customer service have been disappointing. Scheduled online meetings are often missed, and obtaining consistent assistance requires contacting managers. Refunds or credits for billing errors are also challenging to obtain.

It's somewhat difficult to track billed items on specific matters without actually creating invoices. This process involves creating and deleting invoices just to review information, which is inefficient.

After struggling with TimeSlips for years, this system has been a dream for over five years now. It's user-friendly (even for a non-techie like me), simple for time entry, and reviewing invoices and tracking is effortless. I love this billing program!!! And it's incredibly affordable!! Above all, their customer service is unmatched. We truly miss [sensitive content hidden]!

There have been various issues: overdue invoices aren't flagged as they were in TimeSlips, glitches occur when entering multiple email addresses for invoice recipients, payments sometimes don't reflect on invoices, duplicating flat rates zeros out prices unintentionally, and setting up annual billing for service renewals is unclear.

The time and expense entries are incredibly user-friendly. Generating invoices is also simple and highly flexible. These essential functions are simple to use.

Cons

Finding answers or resolving issues can be challenging at times. Simplifying the process to eliminate matters or clients would be beneficial.
