Pros:The only good thing about this software is that it is very well laid out. It does have many aspects of EHR software.
Cons:Customer support is bad. The software is not flexible, not even a little bit. IT's too expensive for the features it is offering.
Pros:Our favorite thing about Allscripts is how easy it is to create templates. It is quite easy to navigate.
Cons:This software tends to freeze which can be super annoying sometimes. Once it freezes, we are automatically kicked out of the system.
Pros:Sending referrals is a lot easier. Internal fax is outstanding. Awesome software.
