There are several significant issues with the software. Basic features like printing patient medical records for subpoenas or having diagnosis codes appear on orders and automatically attach to charts dont work as expected. Pricing negotiations can lead to unexpected charges, and customer service is practically nonexistent. The software has fundamental flaws and missing functionalities. Customer support often dismisses issues, labeling them as low priority with no clear resolution timeline.

It offers comprehensive management focusing on peoples well-being by allowing us to handle electronic health records, population health, and other related tasks. Furthermore, Amazing Chart integrates with other applications, including laboratory systems, which is an essential feature. Managing appointments ensures that patients do not experience long wait times before their appointments, as they are informed of the schedule ahead of time. The system also allows for modifications to the appointment schedule, allocation of specific time periods for each patients care, sending reminders, and other useful features.

Amazing Chart offers comprehensive customer service monitoring with essential features for effective management and maintaining a record that enhances value and ensures quick service delivery. However, the platforms usability can be improved from a technological standpoint, specifically regarding the interfaces appearance, simplicity, and visualizations.

Amazing Chart has shown remarkable growth owing to its adaptability and its capability to manage the entire patient care cycle, providing comprehensive management centered around the well-being of individuals. Apart from managing electronic health records and population health, it also offers integrations with other necessary applications, such as laboratory systems. One notable feature is the appointment management system that reduces patient waiting times by providing advance knowledge of the schedule, allowing for appointment changes, assigning specific time slots for each patients care, issuing reminders, and much more.

Although Amazing Chart excels in customer service monitoring with all the essential features for successful management and creating a valuable history that ensures short service times, there are opportunities for improvement from a technological perspective. Specifically, the platforms look, feel, and visualization could be enhanced to provide a more intuitive user experience.

Solid, jack-of-all, EHR for tight budgets

I work in a fairly mid-sized specialty clinic operating on a narrow budget since COVID. AC’s worked well for us so far: comes with all the EHR features we need minus the expensive bluster you find in other ‘leading’ platforms. You don’t need to look elsewhere.

Their online tutorials on official channels are outdated and confusing.

It’s cheaper than the other EMRs around

Definitely a cheap EMR option/program; every review seems to concur (the reason why I decided to go ahead with the subscription. Offers pretty much all the charting help we need – minus the technical fluff.

I’ve got a bone to pick with customer service – what’s up with occasional rudeness? It helps, though, that the troubleshooting manuals/tutorials on the site make these encounters very brief and often unnecessary.

A good part of Amazing Charts EMR is that you can customize it based on your skill level. If you are well-trained in the software then you can make more complex templates and perform high-level tasks. For new users, we can keep it simple and even use voice recognition software to do with less typing and more focus on the patients.

Cons

I like the fact that less clicking is involved in the system, but as soon as we get new upgrades; we need to re-customize and adjust it so that we don’t spend more time charting.

All in One is truly Everything into One!

I have been using a server-based system with Amazing Charts. I have changed several EMR systems over the years and found this one to be the best in terms of reporting as well as ease of use. The best feature is that you can open multiple windows at the same time. Amazing Charts has a large pool of pharmacies in its system which is great for my patients. I like the fact that it can be integrated with other software, for example, a dictation one.

If they could focus on the basics such as different font styles and color coding. The letter writer could be improved.

The best thing about this software is that it is not overly priced like others in the market. The pricing is decent for the features it offers. The decision support feature is outstanding I must say.

Even though customer support responds right away on chat, they never ever pick up any calls which is quite confusing.

I’ve used 4 EMRs up till now, this one gives us remote access. It is cloud-based so it helps us access information from anywhere at any time on the go.

It is not interactive like those big EMRs like EPIC etc.
