Pros:I’ve used 4 EMRs up till now, this one gives us remote access. It is cloud-based so it helps us access information from anywhere at any time.
Cons:It is not interactive like those big EMRs like EPIC etc.
Cons:The interface doesn’t seem to have a connection, including my billing department. The support they provide is poor. Their solutions to problems aren’t solutions at all. Only 50% of the time they actually solve something. The system is pretty slow and unreliable. It stops all my work and slows me down during work when it’s not connecting.
Pros:This EHR system is user-friendly and simple to understand and use. Everything is very direct and whatever you need could be found easily on it. Booking appointments through the system is quick and easy. I work as a receptionist for my clinic, and this system is very helpful especially when working with patients. I really appreciate it.
Cons:While booking appointments usually we have to write the reason for the patients’ appointments and there is a limit to how much text we can add. The system isn’t really appealing even though it is simple. It also has a wait time for it when you log in.
Pros:I don’t really think I can actually point out anything that was good about it.
Cons:I did not like it. It is not user-friendly. There is nothing exceptional in this software. The patient demographics didn’t flow to the other parts of the software.
Pros:I enjoy new updates as it helps the system with getting more advanced and compete with the latest requirements of the industry. Amazing Charts EMR is up-to-date with all the certifications. The upgrades are easy to perform for even a novice. Their training team taught us well so we do our own customization and should we ever face any problem, we rely on their customer service to help us.
Cons:Customer support must be prompt in getting back to us.
Pros:It is amazing how I am able to represent complex data in such an easy way on the system. The look and feel of the system are very professional. Charts are loaded in real-time which is very helpful. The offline feature of the application is superb. We use this tool extensively and it has helped us a lot.
Cons:It can be a lot better if they integrate more options in the share feature of the software.
Pros:The system is easy to navigate and the overall workflow is smooth and user-friendly that everyone in our staff learned the system very quickly. The new internees were able to pick up the system and start using it without any supervision in no time. Amazing Charts EMR is truly one of its kind. It is registered with all the regulations and has all kinds of certifications necessary for me and my practice to run without any trouble.
Cons:None so far. Perhaps enhance the outlook of the scheduler a bit.
Pros:The good part of Amazing Charts EMR is that you can customize it based upon your skill level. If you are well trained on the software then you can go ahead and make more complex templates and perform high-level tasks. For new users, we can keep it simple and even use the voice recognition software to do with less typing and more focusing on the patients.
Cons:I like the fact that less clicking is involved in the system but as soon as we get new upgrades, we need to re-customize and adjust it to where we don’t spend more time on charting.
Pros:I have been with Amazing Charts for 8+ years now and I can safely say that I have enjoyed using this software for my practice. EMR is brilliantly designed and is very intuitive. It is equipped with all the ICD 10 codes which makes it easier for me to bill since I mostly see tertiary referrals with unusual conditions. My EMR does what it needs to do so I can focus on my patients and not charting my notes.
Cons:There aren’t any cons per se and if I ever get stuck somewhere; the customer support staff helps me solve any confusion.
