Pros:The software offers enough flexibility to easily manage a number of subscription products. We can conveniently administrate multiple operations at once such as placing accounts on hold, changing billing details, etc.
Cons:We encountered a few issues when we first started using it. however, their customer support staff has been a huge help with any problems or requirements we had.
