I have used it as an administrator and patient. It is easy to use for documentation as well as accessing your reports online.

Cons

It is very difficult to navigate through the charts when looking up by name.

ClinicTracker EHR Software allows us to pull up information and access records from anywhere. We are able to track grants and claims which is a big part of our daily operations. Impressive, very nice!

The application does not open when the software update is installed. This needs to be fixed asap.

Documentation is terrible which is our biggest concern. They did not teach us anything during training and we were left hanging by the customer service too.
