“PERFECT OFFICE FOR A CONTRACTOR

Pros

All my accounting needs are seamlessly integrated for cost calculations, making it quick and simple to decide on quotes from sub-contractors. The cloud services are excellent, and having access on mobile devices and tablets adds flexibility to management. It's easy and precise to calculate each job element and track the contract budget. It really feels like having an office on a tablet.

Cons

I think this app should be allowed to track assets and machinery used for job execution, so I can keep an eye on asset maintenance and performance.

“You will be on the phone with the owner many times to debug the program

Pros

The database is solid, and the training videos are helpful. It writes excellent contracts and makes it simple to define the scope of work.

Cons

The database needs to be updated and kept current for accuracy. Working with it is tough since you can't really master the program with just a test run. Every time I create a new application, I discover how to do more.
