Dreeven Features
Time Sheets And Labor Tracking
Among the most used Dreeven features, teams log hours by role and activity, with validations and exports available to supervisors. Consolidated time data reduces manual entry and prepares hours for payroll or cost tracking, improving visibility across projects without separate spreadsheets or duplicate forms.
Daily Reports And Site Log
Superintendents capture daily activity from any mobile device, including progress notes and photos. Centralized entries create a reliable record of work performed, helping stakeholders review site status and address issues quickly while minimizing back-and-forth.
Purchase Orders And Approvals
Teams create and track purchase orders alongside other project records. Keeping PO details in the same system as reports and timesheets supports faster review and reduces errors that occur when documents live in separate tools.
RFIs And Deficiencies Management
Requests for information and deficiency items are logged with documents and plans. This centralization shortens response time, ensures traceability, and helps close the loop on corrective actions before they impact schedule or cost.
Plans And Shop Drawings
Plans, measurements, annotations, and shop drawings are accessible in one place, including on tablets. This enables quick referencing, fewer delays in the field, and clearer collaboration with office teams during reviews.

“Solid App, but Could Improve”
Pros
The tool works well overall for day to day tasks and honestly, there's not a lot I really dislike. Maybe the layout and overall look of the app could be better.
Cons
Everything is mostly fine but it isn't very user-friendly and when I get a notification about a new document being added, it's really hard to find it.
