I had zero technical knowledge but now I am able to use this like a pro. It has all the billing, reporting and scheduling features in a HIPAA compliant system.
Cons:
The help videos are not very great at guiding us when we are helpless.

The receipt feature, the ease of calender, birthday emails
Cons:
The intake measures aren't pulled into the starting admission note. This doesn't make a proficient looking admissions notes just like the other software I utilized. No capacity to type in a formal brief note around a phone session, or missed sessions after you void the receipt you cant record it.

I love everything in this program. It has all from electronic intake forms to client portal to secure messaging. It gives the opportunity to clients for self-scheduling and it also reminds for appointments through email or texts.
Cons:
It requires a lot of clicks. I don't prefer the mobile view and they don't have an app which I don't like.

Cons:
I can’t view all the appointments at the same time in the calendar view, but it is broken into categories of an hour/45 minutes.
