all-in-one sales management

Pros

The thing I appreciate most is that I can use this tool without running into technical problems. I'm able to create quotes, calculate costs and prepare everything in one place. Managing my sales team is easier because all activity is recorded, customer preferences are saved and individual tasks are tracked which helps everyone stay focused on what matters. Documents are also neatly stored so planning doesn't feel chaotic.

Cons

At the beginning the setup cost was a big challenge for us but aside from that I don't really have any other complaints.

Complete customer insight platform

Pros

This platform gives me a full picture of customer history and preferences because every interaction is stored in one place. I've noticed stronger customer satisfaction since issues are tracked and resolved efficiently. It also helps improve returns by letting me schedule targeted email campaigns, track performance and review reports.

Cons

From my perspective the platform lacks some features needed by highly specialized users which can feel limiting. I also feel it may not be ideal for small businesses with tight budgets since pricing depends on plans and user count.
