Excellent dealership management tool

Pros

I appreciate having everything in one place for managing our key business processes. Being able to handle both customers and projects from the same platform really streamlines operations. The complete project management package is solid especially with the timeline tracking features that keep us on schedule. Having the financial management tools built right in saves time and the integrated chat and video meeting capabilities give it a real advantage over other solutions.

Cons

The interface could be more user friendly. There are occasional lag issues that get pretty annoying.
