I always recommend this product

Pros

Their Franklin Covey PlanPlus Online does everything that other CRMs should and more. Besides tracking my pipeline it also integrates web forms, email marketing and Franklin Covey's project management tools all in one place.

Cons

I simply love it and have no complaints to share.
