Pros
The contact and account management features are really impressive. Support has been excellent whenever I've needed help. Pipeline management becomes so much easier with the visual graphics they use. Email marketing tools also feel up to date and well designed. Its a decent software overall!
Cons
The marketing ROI tracking and analytics are pretty basic. Theres no social media management features either which would be nice to have. Also wish they offered a free trial so you could test things out before committing.
