It's difficult to use at first and there's so many features and customization options that it takes some time to figure everything out. The biggest downside is there's no mobile access, so your stuck without any way to check your project when you're away from your computer. They've apparently fixed this in newer versions though, so that's good news. You really need a solid internet connection for everything to work properly and if your connection is spotty, you'll have issues getting things done.
