Amazing software with great service

Pros

I find the price and variety of tools great. I was using Salesforce for CRM, Mailchimp for email marketing, Wix for my website and Hootsuite for social media but we dont need any of them since we got this one. It saved us a lot of time and money. Everything synced automatically so I didnt have to worry about moving contact data around anymore. Plus the staff was helpful and quick to respond. They made our experience a whole lot better by being very cooperative. Appreciate it!

Cons

I dont really have any complaints. It was a bit tricky at first since I was a beginner but the user interface was easy to get used to and their quick and friendly support helped us get going in no time.

Affordable and simple

Pros

Its really affordable. This platform provides almost everything my business requires to operate and that too at prices much less than other platforms. It really made me aware as to how digitalization can benefit my business.

Cons

I understand they're not meant to be an accounting software but accounting integration wouldve been great. Just saying!
