Best platform so far

Pros

It's really convenient having everything bundled into one application and it helps streamline our workflow and definitely boosts sales numbers.

Cons

Sometimes it feels almost too comprehensive for smaller operations and might be overkill if you're just a single person or very small team.

Consistently delivers excellent results

Pros

This platform gives us solid sales and marketing automation that really streamlines our workflow. The content library is a huge help when reaching out to prospects and keeping current clients engaged. I love how simple it makes tracking lead sources and monitoring where everyone sits in our pipeline and you can see the whole customer journey at a glance. The team behind it constantly rolls out improvements which shows they're really committed to making the product better.

Cons

The documentation for new features is pretty lacking whenever something gets released, I struggle to find any guides or materials that explain how to actually use it. I've also been asking forever for automated list dialing functionality. Right now we're stuck using our phone system's click-to-dial but manually going through 50+ numbers gets really tedious. It would be amazing to have a way to work through lists quickly without all the time wasted between calls.
