Small Business, 11-50 employees
“Lead organization that keeps up”
Pros
Something it does really well is keep the right leads in front of my sales team when they need them. The workflow is simple to follow which helps us stay organized and makes it much less likely that leads will slip through the cracks or get forgotten.
Cons
A downside is that it still doesn't offer a basic way to manage the transaction and record the details after we finish a sale.

“helpful lead tracking reminders”
Pros
I really appreciate how it keeps all my daily tasks in front of me so I don't forget to get things done. It's also really effective for managing leads and keeping everything organized.
Cons
My biggest frustration with it is that there's no way to export leads and you also can't fully delete actions from the system.
